What type of payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

When do you ship?

For in-stock items, they are shipped out within 2 Business Days. You will receive an email when shipped with the tracking number for your order.

How do you ship?

At the heart of it, we are collectors as well. Because of this we ship with the utmost care. Everything gets well packaged and boxed up before sent. We will take pictures of your individual product before it gets boxed up if requested. We want the product to get to you as mint as possible. please be aware that we can’t control all aspects of the products and process, but will always be open and honest with you every step of the way. How do pre-orders work?

The following applies to all pre-orders:

– As a small retailer, we tend to get pops later than the big box stores (Wal-Mart, Target, GameStop, etc.) therefore you may see pops on their shelves before they come into stock on the website. All orders will be fulfilled, just don’t get worried if you see them before your order ships.

– Pre-Order dates are estimates given to me by Funko. All dates are subject to change and delay. This does happen quite often. We try our best to relay all delays to clients that have ordered, as well as update the site accordingly. 

– We NEVER sell more product that we have coming from our vendor. If it’s still listed for Pre-Order, than we still have some of our allocation remaining. It is extremely rare that we don’t receive what we order. We don’t use orders to determine what to order, We order and then list, If I sell out, I will order more if possible. We do this to be able to guarantee you get what is ordered
